sync count not correct across devices

Hi,

I use ipad and iphone (ios 10) and photos on Imac all syncing with Photos in iCloud

The ipad and iphone show exactly the same photo/video count, however both iCloud (more) and Photos app on my iMac (less) show different counts.

What is the best way to get all in sync
